After years working at some of the world's largest firms, we realized we could take extensive Big Law experience and build a different kind of firm. In 2009, we founded the firm with the idea that a smaller, more collaborative environment would allow us to give each client matter the attention of a legal team without the exorbitant costs that often exclude all but the wealthiest individuals and companies. Following this philosophy, we represent clients that range from 2-man tech startups to publicly-traded and multinational corporations.
Each member of our team is extraordinary, but working together, our team is more than the sum of its parts. Our collaborative approach to the practice of law allows every member of our team to bring their particular background and skill-set to bear on every client matter. And, our unique approach to billing means that our clients enjoy all the resources of a big, downtown firm without having to pay big, downtown bills. We believe that doing prestigious work is more satisfying than having a prestigious address. In our experience, this leads to great results.
*Note: The break-dancer is not a member of our team. We can't break dance. At all. We tried.
