After years working at some of the world's largest firms, we realized we could take  extensive Big Law experience and build a different kind of firm. In 2009, we founded the firm with the idea that a smaller, more collaborative environment would allow us to give each client matter the attention of a legal team without the exorbitant costs that often exclude all but the wealthiest individuals and companies. Following this philosophy, we represent clients that range from 2-man tech startups to publicly-traded and multinational corporations.

And, our unique approach to billing means that our clients enjoy all the resources of a big, downtown firm without having to pay big, downtown bills. We believe that doing prestigious work is more satisfying than having a prestigious address. In our experience, this leads to great results.
