P&T is not your average law firm. Our attorneys are everything you'd expect from a small, high-end boutique firm: extremely well-educated, trained by the nation's largest law firms, capable of handling your most important matters, and tough but tactful whether in the courtroom or at the negotiating table. But we are - and strive to be - so much more.
We began our firm with a desire to connect to our clients in a more meaningful way than we could working for large law firms. Now, we are able to serve individuals and small-to-midsize corporate clients as well as large, multinational corporations. In each matter we handle, we now have the luxury of being able to act at all times in our clients' best interests, without worrying about meeting billable quotas to cover excessive overhead costs.
We are successful because we enjoy our practice, the people we practice with, and the way we practice law. Our small office is an extremely collaborative environment in which it is not uncommon to find three or four lawyers gathered together, tossing a ball and brainstorming. Any matter we accept receives the same collaborative attention from our team of attorneys and paralegals. And yet, our approach to billing ensures that clients never pay for duplicative work, and rarely pay for more than one of our attorneys at any given time. This is just one small example of the unique way we apply the best legal practices, often only employed in bet-the-company mega-cases, to every matter we handle.
Our enthusiasm for the model we have built has proven infectious. We now serve as outside general counsel for several clients who originally came to us with only one small matter, but who now regularly seek our guidance before making important decisions with legal consequences. We believe those clients value our holistic approach to their problems. They know that, before recommending any course of action, our attorneys will analyze the ripple effects any decision has on all aspects of our clients' lives and organizations.
We would appreciate the opportunity to meet you, to get to know you and your business, and to guide you comfortably but aggressively through your problems to an ideal resolution.
